The Bell Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the success of its ESOL Programme. As the Senior Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading the programme team and implementing the ESOL Programme strategy, in collaboration with the Head of Training and Resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the ESOL Programme strategy, aligning with the Foundation's overall mission and goals.
- Lead the programme team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of the ESOL Programme.
- Collaborate with the Head of Training and Resources to develop and implement effective training and resources for educators and learners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, partners, and other organisations.
- Develop and manage the programme budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in leading programmes and teams, with a proven track record of achieving strategic change and impact.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong programme management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Knowledge of the education sector, with a particular focus on ESOL and language education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to the Foundation's values and mission.
