Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and person-centric Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing the HR & People functions within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and retention of talent
  • Supporting managers and the recruitment team in onboarding, inductions, management, and offboarding processes
  • Developing HR strategies to attract and retain staff across a range of roles from clinical, technical, operational, and more
  • Developing and maintaining organizational policies and procedures
  • Supporting with training administration processes of all staff
  • Ensuring that HR systems, training, and other related databases are kept fully up to date with staff records, investigations, and outcomes, grievances, and training data
  • Providing administration support with regards to meetings, reports, correspondence, including note-taking
  • Supporting managers with HR aspects, such as absence review meetings, disciplinary meetings, absence management
  • Supporting staff working in the service with HR-related queries
  • Payroll and expense management
  • Shift-based and flexible working may be required from time to time
Requirements
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Proven track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale-ups
  • NVQ Level 4 or CIPD Level 3 HR/training/administration experience
  • Experience of working with Gsuite and private practice software
  • Experience of working with Hibob or similar HR systems
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
