Job Title: Human Resources Lead

Montu UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to inform HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Proven track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale-ups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
