Human Resources Lead

Montu UK is a leading cannabis company with operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific. We facilitate access to cannabis through locally integrated ecosystems that streamline the patient experience from end-to-end and set new standards in Cannabis Care.
We are seeking a dynamic and person-centric Human Resources Lead to develop, maintain, and grow the HR & People functions within our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for onboarding and retention of talent
- Promote equality, health, and safety within the company
- Support managers and the Recruitment team in the onboarding, inductions, management, and offboarding processes
- Develop HR strategies to attract and retain staff across a range of roles from clinical, technical, operational, and more
- Develop programs that enhance staff engagement
- Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures
- Support with training administration processes of all staff
- Ensure that HR systems, training, and other related databases are kept fully up to date with staff records, investigations, and outcomes, grievances, and training data
- Provide administration support with regards to meetings, reports, correspondence, including note-taking
- Supporting Managers with HR aspects, e.g., Occupational Health; absence review meetings, disciplinary meetings, absence management
- Collate feedback and liaise with the Head of Governance
- Support staff working in the service with HR-related queries
- Payroll and expense management
- Liaise with product and tech support teams on technical issues
- Work closely with line managers and the wider team on service improvement
- Maintain all mandatory training
- Shift-based and flexible working may be required from time to time
- 4+ years of work experience
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Proven track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale-ups
- NVQ Level 4 or CIPD Level 3 HR/training/administration experience
- Experience of working with Gsuite and private practice software
- Experience of working with Hibob or similar HR systems
- Good oral and written communication
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter

- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment
- Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
- High level of IT proficiency
- You'll get 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays pro rata.
