Job Title: Human Resources Lead

About the Role:

Montu UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Proven track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale-ups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of IT proficiency
