About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our solar PV services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for preventative maintenance, panel cleaning, and pigeon proofing services for rooftop solar installations.
  • Manage and develop a small sales team, ensuring a positive and productive team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
