Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our team at Foundation Recruitment. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in optimising the use of Timegate, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our property management.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities
  • New Property Setup: Configure new properties in Timegate, including setting up hierarchies, creating site cards, and setting geofences.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure new starters and TUPE staff are correctly set up in Cascade to enable seamless data transfer to Timegate.
  • System Management: Oversee and manage the use of Timegate across all properties, identifying opportunities for smarter system operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate reporting and system functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Timegate, including familiarity with its Time and Attendance, Employment Portal, Insights, and Payroll modules.
  • Strong IT skills and experience in managing and optimising digital systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
