Purpose of the Role

As a Project Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all projects and services within our organization. Your role is crucial in driving strategic development initiatives to achieve financial and developmental objectives while maintaining high standards of service delivery across existing contracts and expanding project scopes.

A key aspect of your success will be cultivating strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, leading the identification and development of new business opportunities that align with Nuvia UK's overall growth strategy.

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the Director of Projects & Infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to a 'Safe Way is the Only Way' mindset, ensuring compliance with all relevant QSHE standards and obligations.
  • Take ownership of individual contract delivery, upholding all company governance requirements and practices.
  • Actively participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and final price determination to secure orders at approved margins.
  • Continuously enhance client service levels and satisfaction, optimizing company performance while building and nurturing lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver Nuvia's expertise effectively.
  • Provide timely market intelligence and competitor activity feedback to relevant personnel within Nuvia, contributing to a sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where Nuvia is recognized as a trusted partner by our clients.
  • Work seamlessly with counterpart management teams to ensure optimal resource utilization, prioritizing tasks effectively when competing demands arise. Emphasize safety, delivery, innovation, and excellence.
