Job Summary

Total Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and project team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive project team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including project finance, procurement, and logistics.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
