Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-discipline engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and exceed business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in engineering project management, preferably in the oil and gas, nuclear, energy, utilities, chemicals, and petrochemicals sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering disciplines, including automation, civil, structural, mechanical, piping, EC&I, and process engineering.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, with a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
