About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Claranet. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration: Provide high-level project administrative support to our delivery team, ensuring accurate and timely updates to systems and tools.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly Service Delivery WIP Reporting, highlighting progress against delivery targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Change Management: Manage change requests for orders in progress, collaborating with Sales Support and Solution Architects to ensure customer approval and cost optimization.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to order progression, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Ensure seamless handover of orders to customers and support functions, maintaining strong relationships with Service Managed customers.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with Project Managers on major projects, maintaining project documentation and attending project meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Customer Skills: Provide exceptional customer-facing skills, with the ability to work accurately and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize a complex workload and work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess substantial experience in providing high-level project administrative support in an IT services environment, with knowledge of ITIL v4 and Project Management principles.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Commercial Understanding: Demonstrate a commercial understanding and acumen, with the ability to work without close supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Hold an NVQ level 4, degree, or equivalent qualification/experience.
