Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator - IA and Transport

Location: Hybrid - Work from Home 2 days a week and in the office in Birchwood 3 days a week (after training)

Working Hours: Flexible hours to meet specific timescales

At Serco, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services to support the IA and Transport directorate and other Service Delivery Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure fully compliant and effective transportation services
  • Schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users, as required by the contract
  • Monitor the customer portal regularly and ensure all travel requests are uploaded to facilitate KPI 4 timescales
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure excellent service delivery standards
  • Update visual management boards and contribute to operational excellence within the Service Delivery Centre
  • Maintain data integrity of the IT systems to support performance reporting
  • Produce reports, briefings, and information updates to a high standard within limited timeframe

Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate information updates across the Service Delivery departments
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritizing own workload to meet specific timescales
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong ICT skills
  • Ability to travel within the regions and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver's licence is essential)
  • Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required
