Job Title: Clinical Lead NELFT Eating Disorders Service

Join NELFT NHS Foundation Trust as a Clinical Lead for our Eating Disorders Service and play a key role in shaping the ongoing development of our team. As a senior practitioner with existing experience in the field of eating disorders, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and quality control, ensuring adherence to evidence-based models in eating disorders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and quality control, ensuring adherence to evidence-based models in eating disorders.
  • Set, implement, and evaluate clear, achievable, and measurable objectives for the Eating Disorders Service.
  • Ensure and have advanced knowledge of effective risk management at team level.
  • Coordinate the implementation of service developments and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Requirements:
  • Post-graduate qualified psychological practitioner or graduate qualified healthcare professional, fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body.
  • Experience in NHS and ED service, with significant experience in managing teams.
  • Direct eating disorders experience, with interest in staff wellbeing.
