As a senior practitioner with existing experience in the field of eating disorders, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and quality control, ensuring adherence to evidence-based models in eating disorders.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and quality control, ensuring adherence to evidence-based models in eating disorders.
- Set, implement, and evaluate clear, achievable, and measurable objectives for the Eating Disorders Service.
- Ensure organizational knowledge relating to Trust protocols and procedures, particularly safeguarding.
- Ensure advanced knowledge of effective risk management at team level, including accident/incident reporting, assessing, and controlling risk.
- Postgraduate qualifications to MSc level and above.
- Significant experience in NHS and ED services.
- Experience of managing teams.
- Direct eating disorders experience.
- Award-winning approach to equality and diversity.
- Commitment to supporting colleagues to achieve a work-life balance.
