Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of charitable initiatives, including the World Risk Poll grants program, managing proposal calls and evaluations.
  • Report to the Director of Skills and Education, facilitating stakeholder engagement and managing funding for new projects.
  • Collaborate across various internal teams such as Grants, Communications, Heritage, and Evidence and Insight.

Role Overview

  • Deliver programs and projects across all areas of the Foundation's mission, including those related to the LRF World Risk Poll.
  • Lead both internal and external efforts to drive grants and charitable activities that align with the Foundation's goals.
  • Manage grant funding activities linked to the Foundation's World Risk Poll.
  • Collaborate with partners and networks to implement the Foundation's strategic initiatives.
  • Guide the proposal development process with assistance from senior leadership as needed.
  • Oversee the complete grant-making process, from conception to closure and impact assessment.
  • Provide expertise and knowledge on funding programs across the Foundation's teams.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and internal procedures.
  • Represent the Foundation externally, articulating its mission, strategy, and impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience and understanding of grant funding, preferably within a charitable context.
  • Background in grant or project/program management, ideally in a research or nonprofit setting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Proven track record in applying principles and techniques for effective program and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience or training in project, program, or portfolio management.
  • Experience in international partnerships is a plus.
