About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and competent Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Fitness for Work Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and enthusiastic team to provide proactive Employee Health and Wellbeing services to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to support employees with physical and mental health issues.
  • Develop and implement effective return to work plans and provide guidance to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive Employee Health and Wellbeing service.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of employee rehabilitation programmes, including workplace assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
  • Provide training and education to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on health and wellbeing topics.

Requirements
  • Degree level or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience of working in an Occupational Health or Employee Health and Wellbeing setting.
  • Proven report writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
