About the Role

AWE PLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and implement Eddy Current techniques and work instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Customer Support: Advise customers on the most suitable NDT techniques to inspect parts, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance inspection techniques and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team, relevant stakeholders, and other functions to enhance inspection techniques and ensure seamless integration.
  • Professional Development: Maintain formal NDT certification and enhance current portfolio of NDT qualifications through continuous professional development.
