Compensation: £ per hour (dependent on experience)

An IT Administrator/Officer is sought for a public sector organization to deliver logistical and administrative assistance for the IT frameworks that support a designated client network.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the design and enhancement of IT systems, including the upkeep and modification of pertinent training and administrative databases.
  • Coordinate and oversee training requests from various partnerships and associated training utilizing both internal and external systems.
  • Identify and arrange venues along with logistical support for training events.
  • Communicate with participants regarding training or other support inquiries.
  • Participate in meetings to advance training and logistical matters and address any arising issues.
  • Collaborate closely with supply companies concerning the IT systems.
  • Support the communications team by updating the website once it is fully developed.
  • Assist the team with administrative support in the broader delivery of products and workstreams.

Essential Experience:
  • Proven experience in analyzing and resolving issues within computer application systems and related software.
  • Familiarity with current Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Experience in inputting, updating, and maintaining computerized and manual filing/recording systems.
  • Ability to interrogate computer systems to generate reports and management information.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in updating websites after receiving necessary training on the products.
