Customer Success Manager, Amazon Freight EU

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Excellence Manager to join our Amazon Freight Europe team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and excellence across our European transportation network.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Success: Design and pilot special processes for customer success shippers, driving change management and continuous improvement across the business unit.
- Transformation: Proactively drive transformation across the customer success team and the wider business, promoting change and adoption to maximize team performance and deliver on agreed revenue targets, KPIs, and client SLAs.
- Partnerships: Partner with business development, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on key objectives and efficient program implementation.
- Governance: Implement required governance mechanisms via KPIs and metrics, along with ad-hoc reporting and analytical deep-dives.
- Customer Experience: Design and create specific mechanisms to measure customer experience.
- Product and Service Enhancements: Identify, design, and implement product and service enhancements to continuously improve the customer offering.
- Process Review: Review business processes, systems, and team skills, and partner with stakeholders to identify, develop, and deliver best practice initiatives.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply agile methods and program management skills in the design, development, and delivery of customer transformation programs.
