Key Responsibilities- Enable sales teams to drive higher speed and efficiency through programmatic solutions.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries via email and our Customer Relationship Management software.
- Help new customers become acquainted with our self-service tools, providing a high level of first-contact customer service.
- Perform high-volume outbound phone calls to research campaigns and establish potential customers for senior sales follow-up.
- Work with senior Business Development Managers to qualify high-potential leads for revenue opportunities.
Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services, Europe. Our innovative technology-driven solution allows businesses to use Amazon's transportation network to transport products across Europe. We are scaling rapidly and seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our team.
Requirements- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Advanced proficiency in German and English language in both written and verbal communication (C1 CEFR).
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Additional language skills are helpful but not necessary.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, operations, financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, consulting, negotiation, supply chain, or telemarketing.
- Experience using CRMs such as SalesForce, and data tools such as Alchemy, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
