About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at VITALENT LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to successfully tap into these opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and create tailored proposals to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of the HVAC sector, including humidification products, HVAC systems, and ductwork design.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of normal office hours, as required.
