About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Applications Engineer to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales team and customers, ensuring the successful implementation of our HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the sales team and customers on HVAC product selection and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products, including AHU, Fan Coils, Chillers & Heat Pumps.
  • Experience in a similar role in the HVAC industry, preferably with a manufacturer or distributor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
