About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Applications Engineer to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales team and customers, ensuring the successful delivery of our HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the sales team and customers on HVAC product selection and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the sales function to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including technical, contracts, and pre-sales, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of HVAC products, specifically AHU, Fan Coils, Chillers & Heat Pumps.
  • Experience within a similar role in the HVAC industry.
  • Full UK Driving licence (or equivalent).
