Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Banca di Roma. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager, managing the Front of House team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in service delivery, customer greeting, and restaurant management.
  • Manage a section within the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy an excellent dining experience.
  • Lead the Front of House team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Multi-task various front-of-the-house duties, including order taking and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Staff to ensure accurate and prompt order delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
