Role Overview:

Overseeing Asset Integrity projects, which encompasses project delivery, client account management, and resource allocation.

Delivering technical proficiency while collaborating closely with clients to mitigate asset failure risks.

Assisting in bids and proposals in partnership with the regional Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Excellence

Execute integrity-related analyses including fitness for service evaluations, life extension assessments, Direct Assessments, and risk evaluations. Analyze challenges and devise solutions using pressure systems and pipeline codes and standards. Collaborate with the Centre of Engineering Excellence (CEE) to ensure technical delivery and enhance regional capabilities. Actively participate in the Technical Excellence community.

Project Management

Manage projects according to contracted scope, within budgeted manhours, and maintain high-quality standards. Cultivate client relationships to sustain and grow the Asset Integrity business. Oversee consultants to ensure adherence to project budget and timeline. Ensure compliance with Project Performance requirements.

Quality Management

Accountable for overall performance regarding technical quality as per the Quality Plan. Ensure adherence to Corporate Technical Assurance standards. Provide leadership, guidance, and drive resolution for technical project-related challenges.

Key Relationships:

Director of Asset Integrity Centre of Engineering Excellence (CEE) Colleagues in other disciplines Project controls/planning team Proposals and Sales team Client Engagement

Financial Responsibilities:

Assess manhour requirements for bids and proposals, and assist in pricing strategies. Identify variations in scope on ongoing projects to generate additional business opportunities. Ensure timely completion of weekly timesheets and approvals.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

At least 10 years of consulting experience in Onshore Oil & Gas Integrity. Demonstrated commercial awareness. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present at international conferences and to clients, as well as lead workshops.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or a related engineering discipline. Chartered membership of a relevant institution is preferred.
