Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Consultancy

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer Consultancy to join our team at Wolviston Management Services. As a Mechanical Engineer Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in managing the mechanical scope for all UK-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mechanical components, including vessels, machinery, and piping, to ensure all technical specifications are met.
  • Manage contractors and vendors for mechanical works, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments, such as HAZOP studies, to minimize potential hazards and improve plant safety.
  • Swiftly resolve mechanical failures and develop robust maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational improvements and project advancements.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in delivering projects within regulatory frameworks, such as COMAH and PSSR.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Mechanical Engineering status.
  • Expertise in regulations such as COMAH, DSEAR, and CDM.
  • Significant history in service provision in chemical manufacturing or process industries.
