Job Title: Travel Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Administrator to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management and sales teams in achieving targets by providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Manage and distribute all sales enquiries to staff, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Monitor standards of administration on bookings, maintaining 100% accuracy of work.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with the training of new staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service.
  • Quality control the general administration work of the teams, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with weekly and monthly tasks and reports, providing valuable insights and data.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Attend product training sessions, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administration role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
