Primary Duties of the Role

The diverse responsibilities of the Office Coordinator will encompass:

  • Assisting the team in managing work requests through the administrative inbox, including processing referrals within the patient administration system.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling clinic appointments.
  • Engaging with patients, caregivers, and external partners.
  • Drafting letters and reports through audio typing and/or copy typing.
  • Utilizing the patient record system (training will be provided).
  • Handling phone calls and managing the administrative mailbox.
  • Organizing and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Ordering supplies and materials as needed through the designated system (training will be provided).
  • Providing reception support as required.
