Primary Duties of the Role
The diverse responsibilities of the Office Coordinator will encompass:
- Assisting the team in managing work requests through the administrative inbox, including processing referrals within the patient administration system.
- Managing calendars and scheduling clinic appointments.
- Engaging with patients, caregivers, and external partners.
- Drafting letters and reports through audio typing and/or copy typing.
- Utilizing the patient record system (training will be provided).
- Handling phone calls and managing the administrative mailbox.
- Organizing and documenting meeting minutes.
- Ordering supplies and materials as needed through the designated system (training will be provided).
- Providing reception support as required.
