As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will be required to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans, as well as provide emotional support and guidance to our residents and their families.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will need to be qualified in RGN / RMN / RNLD and have previous experience in nursing homes.
