Child and Family Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build empathic relationships with children and their families to facilitate meaningful change and stability in placement and permanency.
* Work directly with the child or young person and their family or carer to address their needs and provide support.
* Share and exercise the organisational practice ethos, which prioritizes Motivational Practice and trauma-informed practice.
**Requirements:**
* Qualified Social Worker with experience in safeguarding and family support.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
