Account Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Partner Account Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities, and develop and execute partner account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
- Provide Regular Updates and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Proven Experience in Partner or Channel Management: Proven experience in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Ability to Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: The ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities is essential.
- Detail-Oriented with Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
- Professional Proficiency in English: Professional proficiency in English is required.
