Job Overview

IFS is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partner community and drive engagement with critical partners. As a Partner Account Director, you will be responsible for managing relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand IFS's presence in key industries and geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, IFS sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through partner development and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partner marketing plans and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on partner management and development to IFS leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in partner or vendor management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, IFS teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT market, including ERP software and GSI landscape.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in developing partner marketing plans and programs.
  • Experience in systems integration partnering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
