Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration and operations support to our partners, ensuring seamless synergy throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to our partners, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
- Cross-departmental collaboration to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with client matters, including preparing fee proposals, marketing, and onboarding new clients.
- Oversee compliance procedures, including reviews and client billing.
- Ensure adherence to AML processes and assist with training and regulations.
- Support the administration team with document management, archiving, and GDPR compliance.
- Maintain absence calendars, onboard new starters, and assist with office risk assessments.
- Oversee IT and website support to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements
- Experience in practice management within a legal or accountancy practice.
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm.
