Job Title: Benefit Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the growth of a senior Reward Analyst and a HRIS/HR Analytics specialist. This is a broad role covering predominantly the Compensation & Benefits strategy and delivery for our UK population, but also overseeing and being a real champion for the People Analytics side, and supporting the Global Mobility program acting as a liaison for the external providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the London HRD and HRBPs to deliver effective reward and benefits policies and programmes in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversight of the UK benefits including contract management, the renewal processes, and promotion of benefits to employees.
  • Owning and managing the pay review and bonus process, providing support, training, and producing relevant documentation.
  • Design and review of the current bonus schemes including STIP and LTIPs to ensure that they remain competitive and innovative.
