About the Role:

Russell Publishing is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Executive to support the administration of client campaigns and ensure effective delivery of client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing administration of client campaigns, handling queries from clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using in-house systems and CRM to meet campaign deadlines and provide collateral to internal stakeholders within specified timeframes.
  • Liaise with content, production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely acquisition of campaign collateral, assets, and materials.
  • Produce reports analyzing campaign results for digital media offerings.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer services, ad operations, or a customer-facing administrative environment.
  • Experience in client services and account management processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear and confident communication at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Strong Excel skills, including report production.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
