About the Role

Russell Publishing is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Executive to support the administration of client campaigns and ensure effective delivery of client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Campaign Administration: Support the ongoing administration of client campaigns, dealing with any associated queries from clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Order Processing: Process all orders accurately and efficiently using in-house systems and CRM to ensure campaign deadlines are met and collateral is provided to internal stakeholders within specified timeframes.
  • Campaign Asset Management: Ensure timely acquisition of all print and digital campaign collateral, assets, and materials, liaising with content, production, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports, including analysis on campaign results for all digital media offerings.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience working in customer services, ad operations, or a customer-facing administrative environment.
  • Experience of client services and account management processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, clear and confident communicator at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills with flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to produce reports.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
