Russell Publishing is a leading multimedia company seeking a highly skilled Client Services Executive to deliver exceptional service and support the successful execution of client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the administration of client campaigns, responding to queries from clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house systems and CRM to ensure campaign deadlines are met.
- Liaise with content, production, sales, and marketing teams to acquire print and digital campaign collateral, assets, and materials.
- Produce reports analyzing campaign results for all digital media offerings.
- 1-2 years' experience in customer services, ad operations, or a customer-facing administrative environment.
- Experience in client services and account management processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear and confident communication at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to produce reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
