We are seeking a highly skilled Executive and Engagement Officer to join our team at Russell Publishing. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client campaigns
  • Process large volumes of campaign orders and data with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Produce reports and analysis on campaign results for digital media offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience working in customer services, ad operations, or a customer-facing administrative environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to process large volumes of data quickly and accurately
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
