Job Title: Casework Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled Casework Support Officer to join our Refugee Resettlement and Migration Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting relocated families through our transformative programs.

About the Role

In response to increased demand, our officers aid Afghan and UKRS families under the Managed Resettlement Stream. You will ensure a seamless transition for individuals relocated to Wiltshire, prioritizing access to public services and supporting families towards independence and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide casework support to refugee families, ensuring a smooth transition to their new life in Wiltshire
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local public services to ensure access to essential support
  • Support families towards independence and integration, in line with specific relocation scheme guidelines
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a deep understanding of public sector services, empathy for the experiences of new arrivals in the UK, and a profound respect for diverse cultures. You will be a valued member of our dedicated team, contributing to the achievement of successful resettlement and integration experiences for the families we serve.
