Requirements:

* Preferably Diploma Level 4 qualified or working towards the Level 4 qualification or equivalent
* Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Planning products and services
* Good working knowledge of the regulatory environment
* Leadership skills and ideally experience of leading a team of leaders
* Promote strong relationship with key stakeholder managers
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Experienced at using and interpreting MI to drive performance improvement
* Strong financial acumen
* Persistent and tenacious in achieving results
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to organise and prioritise
* Eligible to work in the UK
