About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Womenswear Buyer to join our Brands License Team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating commercially successful ranges that align with the licensor's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop stylish new collections for every season, considering sales data, price architecture, and brand DNA.
- Collaborate with our Designers, Merchandisers, and Technologists to create attractive and profitable product ranges across the business.
- Effectively manage resources and workloads, ensuring your team remains motivated and focused.
- Build strong relationships with licensors and suppliers, working collaboratively to create a commercially successful range.
About You
We are looking for a naturally influential leader with extensive knowledge of current and potential market and fashion trends. You will bring your entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to assist with the administrative processes of buying.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Womenswear buying and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate market insights into commercially inspiring ranges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
