Role Overview

Next is seeking an experienced Assistant Designer to join our Womenswear design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for researching the latest trends and communicating this information to your team and senior stakeholders. You will work closely with the Designers and Buyers to support the design process from planning new ranges through to product selection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and communicate the latest trends relevant to various customer profiles
  • Produce elevated designs that tastefully represent the brand and customer
  • Brief suppliers and build great relationships
  • Work closely with the Designers and Buyers to support the design process

About You

We are looking for someone with experience at an Assistant Designer/Senior Assistant Designer level within a UK brand. You should have a great taste level and a real passion for the latest trends and a true eye for elevation and detail. You should be proficient in creating and presenting seasonal trends, creating designs and tech packs using Adobe Creative Suite.
