At Next, we're passionate about delivering quality, trend-led designs that exceed our customers' expectations. As an Assistant Designer, you'll play a critical role in shaping our womenswear ranges, working closely with our design team to create innovative and stylish products.

The Role

As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for researching the latest trends, communicating your findings to the team, and creating elevated designs that reflect our brand's aesthetic. You'll work closely with suppliers, designers, and buyers to support the design process from planning new ranges to product selection.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Designer with a passion for trend-led design and a keen eye for detail. You'll have a strong understanding of jersey and woven design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as is the ability to create and present seasonal trends, designs, and tech packs.
