Job Title:
Internal Account Manager

Job Overview:
The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing UK customer accounts, generating leads, and developing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage UK customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Generate leads and develop sales opportunities through effective account management
• Work towards sales targets and negotiate contract pricing with current and prospective clients
• Analyze data to prepare weekly and monthly reports, identifying sales trends and areas for improvement
• Liaise with customer services to ensure timely delivery of new product information and alternatives
• Research unlicensed products and maintain back orders
• Complete customer quality assessment documentation and maintain tender records
• Set up and price new products, and provide UK shortage support

Requirements:
• GCSEs Grade C passes and above, to include English & Maths or equivalent
• Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills
• Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and quickly switch focus
• Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
