Opportunity for a Female Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated female Support Worker to provide assistance to an individual with complex needs.

Competitive Hourly Rate: £12.00; sleep-in shifts compensated at £45 per night along with additional company benefits. Shift Schedule: 10:00-18:00 and 10:00-22:00 with a sleep-in shift, followed by 07:00-10:00. A valid UK or EU Driving Licence is essential as the individual requires support with mobility vehicles.

This role involves working closely with a remarkable lady in her 60s, who has unique needs and a passion for outdoor activities.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual who can keep pace with her enthusiasm for walking and exploring new experiences, ensuring that each day is engaging and fulfilling.

It is crucial to maintain appropriate boundaries to provide a sense of safety and security for the individual you will be supporting.

The individual has strong receptive language skills and communicates using Makaton signs; training will be provided to facilitate effective communication.

Each day will present new challenges and rewards as you support her in various activities, assist with daily living skills, manage medication, and provide personal care when necessary.
