About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Caregiver to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Assist our customers with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our customers, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Domestic Support: Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Medication Management: Support our customers with taking their medication, as prescribed by their healthcare professionals.
  • Promoting Independence: Help our customers to maintain their independence by assisting with tasks that may be challenging for them.
Working Hours
  • Shift Patterns: We offer a range of shift patterns, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday.
  • Guaranteed Hours: After a 6-month probation period, you will be eligible for guaranteed hours contracts.
