Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

As a Food & Beverage Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve managing, training, and developing a team of approximately 20 members, including 4 supervisors, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars, ensuring compliance with brand standards in service and F&B quality.
  • Operate functions from guests, supervising room set ups, customer service, and upselling opportunities.
  • Recruit, manage, and train the F&B team to meet the highest standards.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Play a leading role in Duty Manager shifts and training new DMs.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs, and Payroll.
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team.
Requirements:
  • Rooms and Wedding experience is mandatory.
  • Past Restaurant/Bar launches is desirable.
