Join Our Team as a Part-time Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teaching assistant to support our students in their academic journey. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for our students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Prepare and organise learning materials and resources
  • Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Encourage and promote positive behaviour among students
Requirements:
  • A passion for education and working with young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent) are an advantage
