About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our Caravans category, driving sourcing, contracting, and supply management activities across all Caravan-related spend areas. This is a key category for our business, and you will work closely with stakeholders across the operation.

Your Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:

  • Leading and developing the Caravans category, including identifying new opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply base
  • Developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with suppliers
  • Taking ownership of sourcing, procurement, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing category management of all supplier spend in the Caravans category
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to determine business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Ensuring a deep understanding of aftersales performance and serving as a point of escalation for parks
What We're Looking For

We require a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in sourcing, contracting, and category management, ideally within an OEM or fit-out background
  • Knowledge of caravans and their manufacture, maintenance, and operation
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple areas and stakeholders
  • Comprehensive experience across the full procurement spectrum, with a focus on food and beverage experience
