We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our Caravan-related spend areas, including decking and maintenance, as well as supplier-side warranty and aftersales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sourcing, contracting, and supply management strategies to optimize category performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive commercial value and improve service delivery.
- Lead the category management process, including market research, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Ensure effective category governance, including compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and contracting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to parks and external events.
